1. General Information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are published by CroFx (hereinafter: "CroFx", "we"), contact email: info@crofxtrading.com, and apply to the use of the website, content, and services provided by CroFx, including educational materials, the Discord community, and memberships (together: the "Service").

By accessing the website or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service and Risk Warning

CroFx provides educational content related to financial markets (fundamental analysis, technical analysis, and trading psychology). The content is informational and educational in nature and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Trading financial instruments (including currencies, stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies) carries a significant risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Users make their own trading decisions independently and bear full responsibility for the consequences of those decisions.

3. Registration and Membership

Access to certain parts of the Service (e.g., the educational area or the Discord community) requires registering a user account. Users are required to provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place through their account.

Access to certain memberships may be limited (e.g., due to a limited number of spots in a group), and we do not guarantee availability at all times.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellation

Membership and service prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice for future billing periods.

Membership subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis, unless the user cancels before the next billing date.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials published as part of the Service (texts, videos, lessons, graphics, logos) are the property of CroFx or are used with appropriate permission, and are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or commercially using the content without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. User Conduct

Users agree that they will not:

share their login credentials with third parties or enable unauthorized access to the Service;
misuse the Discord community (harassment, spam, spreading unverified or misleading investment recommendations);
use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent termination of access to the Service, without any right to a refund of amounts paid.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CroFx shall not be liable for lost profits, losses incurred through trading, or other consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of the content or the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to notify users of significant changes via the website or Discord. Continued use of the Service after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court competent for CroFx's registered seat, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
